CRM Text Solutions provides access to our patent-pending stack of CSCs through an API. Within hours you can add real-time, two-way text messaging to your software applications and have a new service to sell your customers.


Our patent-pending method for shared use short codes makes our API much different from other SMS gateways.  Millions of business can share access to our pool of CSC yet each opt-in subscriber is assigned a unique CSC as its path with the business they opt-in to. 

Our API and technology guarantees routing without dependence on keywords and eliminates the risk that any SMS are ever misrouted. Additionally if a subscriber opts-out, they only opt-out of one business, not every business sharing access to a CSC.

To use the API, your application just tells us the mobile number, the body of the text message and the client you are sending it on behalf of. We handle the rest and return any responses from that customer. Other activities that can be run through the API:

• Clean up phone number data and identify mobile numbers
• Verify opt-in, opt-out status
• Auto-responder to opt-in with terms and conditions SMS
• Electronic opt-in via Mobile Originated (MO) Keyword submission
• Assign unique opt-in Keyword for each Client

To get your own short code you would pay $500/month to the US Short Code Administration and $1500/month to an aggregator to host your CSC.  You also pay $4,000+ to set it up on the carriers and need your own software and IT team to manage the routing.

And for most software companies, with hundreds or thousands of clients, you can’t depend on one shared-use short code to service your users.  Once the same mobile number opts-in to more than one user of your software you have no way of knowing who they are trying to reach when they send a message to that short code.
