Duplicate Message Control

By default, the CRM Text SMS API creates each new store with a duplicate message prevention check in place. This check can be turned on and off for each store. The check is in place to prevent the accidental spamming of your mobile subscribers and blocks any identical text from being recieved by the mobile subscribers in a 12 hour period.

You can turn this check on and off in the super admin store list view by:

  1. Login to the user interface with the link given to you at sign-up.
  2. In the store list view, find the DUPLICATE MSG column.
  3. A checked box equals no messages blocked. An unchecked box equals duplicate message blocking in place.
  4. Click SAVE and you are done.
